Processing Time:

Pre-order units: Please be advised the processing time take 7-21 business days to process. Please ensure your head is measured properly but purchasing and submitting your unit. Ensure your braids are flat and small enough to get the accurate measurements. C.NICOLE HAIR STUDIO will not be held responsible for any incorrect measurements provided. Please be sure to look over the measurement chart provided on the site.

Shipping Policy:

All packages will be delivered by ups and usps. A signature confirmation is required upon delivery. Please ensure the address you provide is correct. C.Nicole is not liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.

All packages come with full insurance. Your shipping fee includes full insurance on any misplaced packages, however a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. Please be aware additional fees may apply due to some state requirements. All customers are responsible for all additional fees.

Return Policy:

In the case your order has to be returned. Please send the package back as soon as possible. The unit must be returned in the same form the package was received. Lace must be intact and unworn and in its original state.
